Kirk Bloodsworth I have spoken in the past about beginning new photography projects with a focus on humanitarian issues. One of which being that of wrongful convictions and death row exonerated individuals. This project is in collaboration with Witness to Innocence organization in Philadelphia. Please please please, read up on some of this information on their website, it’s very informative. This is just an early taste of what I’ve started and there is no telling when such a project will come to completion. Please read a bit on Mr. Kirk Bloodsworth the first man to be exonerated by DNA evidence. Please spread the word about this to as many people as you can. The more publicity the better! Thanks guys!

Toronto early 2000sSome of my first forays into portrait photography. I would stop whoever I found interesting looking to be in my photographs, I fully recommend this to any starting photographer. I developed a sense of confidence and  really came out of my shell. As a photographer you need to take control of situations and really direct your subjects.

RootsGoing back to the start…street portraiture. This was really the beginning for me and how I really became a portrait photographer. It’s been a long time since I did anything like this and took a little bit to get comfortable, but getting unexpected results is sometimes the best thing.
